I’m proud to be certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid USA and will soon renew my adult certification.

As someone living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and a traumatic brain injury (TBI), which went undiagnosed until 2018, 25 years after my 1993 motorcycle accident, I know firsthand how crucial early evaluation and treatment are.

Mental health support is invaluable, not just for youth but for adults, too.

As a Lifelong Prosthetics Amputee Coach, I’m committed to helping others navigate their own challenges, and I’m grateful to be equipped with the tools to support them on their journey.

As a Mental Health First Aider, I am trained to recognize signs of mental health challenges, provide initial support, and connect individuals with appropriate resources.

I do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health services.
