Your Prosthetist, DR & PT MAY NOT BE wearing a Prosthetic leg
Who truly understands your unique challenges?
There is a gap in care between the prosthetist, doctor, physical therapist and amputee, which can leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn for information and resources to support our prosthetic care.
The feeling of being misunderstood and not fully heard can be incredibly isolating and demoralizing, at a time when you’re already dealing with significant physical & emotional challenges.
Amputees often struggle to find a care provider who truly understands their unique challenges and experiences. This can create a sense of disconnect and frustration, as we may feel like our care providers don’t really “get it.” This lack of understanding can make it difficult for amputees to trust their care providers and feel confident in their care plan.

Bridge the gap in care
