Achieve your goals in 5 EASY steps

Unlock Your Potential and Accomplish Your Dreams with These Simple Steps.

1

Assessment

We’ll offer second opinion assessments for individuals with lower limb amputations to ensure they have the best prosthetic device based on their rehabilitation potential (K-Level). We’ll do an intake & meet with you virtually, along with your Prosthetist, PT, or OT, to help you make an informed decision.

2

Define Goals
We want to make sure your lower limb prosthesis fits and functions properly right after it’s initially fitted and delivered, during your prosthetic gait training, and 2-4 weeks after you receive it. And if needed, we can do additional checks as well. We’ll use questionnaires and may meet with you in person or virtually, along with your Prosthetist, PT, or OT, to make sure everything is going smoothly.

3

Tailored Program

We want to make sure you have the best possible experience with your prosthetic device, so we’ll refer you back to your prosthetist for any necessary changes or adjustments related to K-level determination, socket fit, suspension, knee, foot, or alignment. This may include modifications, adjustments, or even replacements. We’ll use questionnaires & may meet with you virtually, along with your care team, to ensure you get the care and support you need.

4

Mentorship
We offer mentorship and coaching for Prosthetic residents, newly certified clinicians, and Prosthetists while they’re providing prosthetic services to individuals with lower limb amputations. We’ll be there for you during the initial evaluation, when determining rehabilitation potential, ensuring proper fit and delivery, and during follow-ups. We can meet with you in person or virtually, along with your clients and/or Prosthetist, to provide helpful guidance and support.

5

Success!

We offer prosthetic coaching and second opinion assessments for PTs and OTs while they’re providing gait training to individuals with lower limb amputations. Our goal is to make sure everything is fitting properly during training and to quickly identify any prosthetic-related issues so therapy can continue smoothly. If necessary, we can pause therapy and refer the individual back to their prosthetist for any necessary changes. We’ll meet with you and your clients in person or virtually, to help ensure everyone is on the same page and working together effectively.
